Students can start with us from the age of 5 years old and we do not have an upper age limit. We aim to develop our students’ confidence, fitness and discipline while teaching them the defend themselves, all while having fun!
The sessions are taught by one of our experienced instructors and is lead by Senpai Richard McAndrew (2nd Dan), who has been running the club for 10 years and has trained for 27 years.
